Welcome to this online site for information regarding the Preserve at Emerald Hills Homeowners Association, Inc. The Association, still under the guidance of developer MG3, has a 3-member board of directors that works to maintain a high standard for the community. Today, the board consists of two dedicated developer members and one homeowner member. This online resource is intended to provide access to association documents as well as serve as a communication tool for the community to keep everyone updated with issues affecting the community.

Nestled among mature oak trees in the Emerald Hills neighborhood of Hollywood, The Preserve at Emerald Hills represents a luxurious, carefree living. An intimate gated enclave of 77 Estate Homes and 40 Coach Residences, The Preserve is truly a special place to call home.

The Resident’s Club features a variety of recreational activities including a state of the art fitness center, large community pool, dedicated children’s pool with water feature, and an outdoor playground.
